The hostess was on time, professional, friendly, everything was clean and in order, and check out was similarly painless. The property met our needs precisely, and everything was as easy as could be. I would definitely stay there again.
Place was clean and had twin bunk beds so all kids had their own bed. Enough space to not feel on top of each other. Quiet area and dark rooms for sleeping.
The staff had great communication. We had an issue come up and they were prompt and offered several options and we were able to find one that worked for us.
Location was great and we were able to walk to everything we needed. Staff gave us some recommendations when we asked. Unexpected surprise was the miniature museum which is a convenient 6 minute walk.
The location was excellent, the rooms were stylishly decorated, good amenities like a coffee maker! Nice and quiet at night as well.
Wonderful location, comfy couch and a great space for a family. We really enjoyed our stay and exploring Hamburg. We came for the Hafencity Riverbus and it was perfect for this!
Hat alles super geklappt. Trotz der Kurzfristigkeit. Gastgeberin Sue war super nett und hat uns sogar Pizza besorgt.
