Sehr schöne grosse Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, auch die Küche. Diese könnte aber auch eine Renovierung gut verkraften. Toller Blick vom Balkon ins grüne und auf die Promenade und die Ostsee. Der einzige Manko ist der Parkplatz. Es ist dort sehr eng. Wenn alle Plätze belegt sind, wird es mit einem normal grossen Auto echt eine challenge. Würde die Wohnung aber wieder buchen, da auch ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch sehr zentral.
