Set in a new building completed in 2017, this luxury apartment is located in a quiet side street in the heart of Mainz. The Apartment Central offers stylish furnishings and excellent public transport connections from Schillerplatz, only a 1-minute walk away. The accommodations consists of a cozy kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. There is also a large living/dining area, a dressing room and a guest bathroom. Other features include a staircase, a designer couch, a genuine wooden table and a swivel-arm flat-screen TV with cable channels and an online video library. WiFi is also provided free of charge in the whole apartment. The Apartment Central is an ideal base for exploring Mainz's main tourist attractions. Many shops, services and services can be found nearby. Mainz Main Station is just a 15-minute walk from here, or else 2 stops away by tram or bus. A car parking space can be reserved for a surcharge.

The apartment was roomy, well appointed, and very central. I especially appreciated the large shower with very modern fixtures. The balcony was lovely, overlooking a central courtyard, and the fact that there was a washing machine was much appreciated.
There was no breakfast included, but the proximity to REWE was awesome! I arrived at the property a bit early to collect the keys and decided to stock up while I was awaiting my family arrival via train. We had plenty of food for great breakfasts and snacks as well. The location is great - proximity to the walking / pedestrian district was wonderful for our adventures, and there is a trolley very close (one block) as well.
Great spot, good layout, terrace was nice too! Apartment was modern, and had basics needed to stay and prepare food yourself- eg pots, plates, cutlery etc.
Very centrally located, quite neighbourhood, secure and in walking distance from Main Station.
Great location and very secure. Family of 3, 2 adults, & 16yr old, perfect size.
Shower was amazing. Beds super comfy.
