The room was big, very clean and had everything we needed . The sofa opened to a bed so we could sleep in two different beds as well. The location was 10 minutes walk from the train station and 10 min walk from where we had the conference.

Our room was very comfortable and we had enough space with a small child. The terrace was the highlight and we spent a lot of time out there. The location is great - close to the water and there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

For our purpose (see the Queen Mary pull into port) it was the perfect location! The very large terrace & furniture offered a wonderful view of the Elbe and a lovely sunset & sunrise. The bathroom/shower also was designed to offer a similar view. Upon our arrival a team member living at the property came to set up the pull-out couch for our daughter. Despite the check-in webpage having issues, making it impossible to fill out the required form to check-in, the coordinating team members contacted me and we received the access code. Since we arrived on a weekday there was time to resolve it - I do not know if/how it would have been resolved had we arrived on the weekend, since the office hours are only Monday-Friday.

Flawless place taking into account that it's a staff-less facility. Pleasant and quiet location, all the tourist attractions are easily reachable by bus or S-Bahn. From the terrace you have a amazing view across the eastern parts of the Hafen. Breakfast is delivered in front of the room every morning before 8. I understood we had the 'little breakfast' - croissant, muesli, fresh orange juice, coffee machine (capsules) is in the room, just perfect to start your day.
