The staff was very kind. We asked the owner if he/she could allow us to check in early because of my family health condition and is allowed for free for 2 hours earlier.
The location was really good to access the bus as well as to the train station. The street had everything we needed. Pharmacy, grossery shops, fashion shops and restaurants, and turkish fast foods.
The location was great. Close to the public transit making it very easy to reach all of Berlin. The host was also great in communication. They're very nice and had some good recommendations.
Nice clean and comfortable room with good access to a bar across the road. Perfect for 4 people sharing, 4 proper single beds that were very comfortable. Had a well stocked little kitchen with all the pots and pans that you'd need. Great large windows that provide plenty of ventilation. Checking in worked really well and even allowed us to check in early. Keyless entry was ideal for staying with multiple people.
Very very friendly and service minded host. Good communications and close to a big Lidl.
The staff is quickly available and kind. They helped us immediately when we had some inconveniences.
