I liked the cleanliness of the room. I liked the area placement was within walking distance of everywhere I needed to go. I especially loved the staff who answered all my questions promptly and professionally. I couldn't have asked for a better experience on my first trip to Germany. I hope to be back and will rebook at this location without a doubt!
The apartment is beautifully furnished and the kitchen has everything you need for a self-catered stay. The bed was very comfortable, too.
There are supermarkets within a brisk 3-4 minute walk and one can reach the Messe/fairgrounds easily with the S11 or S21 if you don't mind walking the last few hundred metres. These two trams also take you to the main train station.
Some reviewers complained about feeling observed but I didn't have any issue in this regard.
The hosts were friendly and communicative.
It's the most seamless experience that I had with a booked apartment- everything is thought through from the key collection to a comfortable stay and then check-out. Gallus is a very nice part of the city by itself, close to everything + you have supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is very well furnished, minimalistic but at the same time you have everything that you need.
