The hotel has a great location with easy access to the town centre and the bahnhof. It is very modern and clean and maintained to a high standard. The staff are warm, welcoming and helpful giving us tips for our stay. The room was bright and airy with a comfortable bed, with no outside disturbance. Breakfast was well presented with a good choice. Helpful advice on parking in advance was very useful. Looking forward to a return visit to both the hotel and Stade.

I would definitely stay again
The staff at this new hotel were extremely accommodating. The breakfast was really wonderful with a large selection to choose from. The location was very convenient.
Staff were very helpful in arranging for a late arrival and also with helping me resolve a phone charging problem, loaning me a charger and cable to aid diagnosis.
