Alles was prima. Het huis ligt aan een rustige brede straat bovenaan een helling. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Rolluiken. Parkeren op eigen terrein, maar op straat was ook heel veel ruimte. Bushalte in de straat, voor de bus naar het centrum.
Slaapkamer met twee lage eenpersoonsbedden en een kamer met twee bedden op seniorenhoogte voorzien van een tweepersoonstopper, wel met twee eenpersoons dekbedden.
