In general value for money. Near to city center but still quiet.
The value is great. Good alternative if you can't find a place in Cologne. It has all the facilities needed (washing machine, kitchen, wifi, etc.) and it was very clean.

The location, 10 - 15 minutes walk from station. It was quiet but near bars and shops
Property was clean and tidy, three single beds in lounge area. Bathroom was spacious with a good shower.
Great value for money, good facilities and free parking!
