It was a nice and pleasant experience and we got the rooms close to each other as we requested + the location and view were very good even though the hotel is located far away from the city centre
Great location. Specially for the views of the river and Airbus factory.
Nice room with River View, but a bit dusty. Location is optimal when you don't like the city trouble, but at the same time easy to access Hamburg through ferry (via car is quite problematic due to the high traffic). Breakfast was absolute OK.
Loved the location - it is not central city location, but its on the Elbe riverside, if you have a river side view room that enables you to see the giant container ships and cruises passing by towards Hamburg. Connected to the city center in 30 min by a ferry - small terminal right behind the hotel - great for a tourist visit. Also nice cycling base.
Cozy bed, spacious suite - has a balcony.
The staff enabled us to leave our car parked on the parking lot on the day of our check-out also after our check-out without an extra charge (otherwise parking costs 5 eur/night) - nice gesture, not self-evident.
I really recommend this place to everyone. Just know it’s a bit far from the center. At first, we were a little disappointed, but then we found out we could leave the car at the hotel and take a ferry every 15 minutes. It was a fun and easy way to get to the city.
