The apartment was very clean and the host was super welcoming. Not only he provided me with local refreshment but also gave me tips about the boat party that was hapenning that night. The proximity to the Rein river and Bodensee lake is amazing, it's also right on the verge of the Old Town. Right next to it there is a nice little place to have a drink or something to eat.
The location is top. In the heart of Konstanz, near the river, everything available at walking distance.
