Nice bed and provides a variety of pillows!!! Some of the best pillows I have used. Awesome breakfast and a nice gym (that i did not have a chance of using) Location is nice (across the street from the train station. Highly recommend
The free bottle of beverage and water were in the room, and very convenient hotel location too, right next to the main train station.
Manager went above and beyond to accommodate special request for grandson birthday. She was competent, friendly and property was clean, comfortable and well maintained, Staff were courteous and friendly.
Amazing breakfast buffet with wide range of selections and great view of the Ulmer Muenster. Rooms were comfy. Loved the location right opposite of the train station and 7 minutes on foot to the city center.
This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Ulm. The location is perfect, right in front of Ulm Station. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was despite its central location. I especially loved the extra pillow provided—it was firm, unlike the usual soft ones most hotels offer. I had a truly restful stay here.
