Super nice team! You rock it! I liked the bar, live music, very nice atmosphere. The food was very good (though could still improve just a little in terms of variety). Sitting outside watching the river with a great Gin Tonic is fabulous. Preparation of the travel online is a great thing.
Staff make every effort to ensure your stay is perfect.The location is great. It's a short walk to Arena, public transportation, and the East Side Mall.

Nice hotel, very easy check-in. The bathroom layout is quite convenient. Bed comfy and room was clean. I appreciated the impersonal staff at the front desk when leaving and returning to the hotel. I also like the essentials supermarket at the reception.
Small point: We chose ourselves to let our room not be cleaned, due to reversed day-night schedule. On one day we wanted the room to be cleaned (during the day), it didn’t happen and the cleaner knocked on our door at 7-8 PM. That didn’t work.
