Hostal Juan Lindo is a recently renovated guest house in San Pedro Sula where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. This guest house features a shared lounge. Juan really looks out for you and makes sure you reach your next destination after San Pedro. I felt like I got a guardian looking out for me. It's not in the city center and will cost around $15USD and 30 mins via Uber to reach his place. His place is 15mins / 5 USd via USD to reach the bus. However, it's quiet and good place for a stop over to reach your next Destination.
Very chill and relaxed. Nice places to visit and hang out outside. Shower was amazing and room upgrade for free
Very comfortable stay, booked a dorm but ended up in a private. The owner was super responsive and helpful on WhatsApp. When I arrived he also gave me a beer and some food. Place is located in the safest part of the city but no supermarket nearby
The hostel was cute with a lot of potential. it’s pretty cozy and intimate which gives that homey feel but still spacious. There is alot of nice outdoor space which is nice to relax and take in the nature. there are plenty of fruit right outside of the hostel which was a nice touch. Juan, the host fetched me a fresh hairy apple which was super good. Juan’s nephew even fetched me a fresh coconut from one of the many coconut trees outside of the hostel which was really refreshing! The house pets around the hostel were super cute as well. the dogs, cats and even turtles! The location is safe in a secluded neighborhood.Overall it was a pleasant two night stay. Juan took me to the nearest grocery store and even convinced me to try Honduras traditional baleadea which was sooo good! Juan was super sweet and helped me Map out my plans to the islands Utila and Roatan in Honduras from San Pedro sula!
