The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was onsite secure parking. Most of all I liked how beautiful the hotel was. There was a little sitting area that was beautifully decorated with handmade weavings and decorations. It was evident that this hotel supports the local and nearby artesans. Our room was lovely and spacious with extra chairs around a table where we visited with family memmbers. I especially liked the desk and chair that was also in our room. I'm so glad the hotel added these touches to enhance our stay. Breakfast was also included in the price and there was a wonderful selection of choices for breakfast. This was a wonderful stay in our trip and if we will certainly stay here again when we return.
The check-in staff, garage staff, and some of the restaurant staff (1 of 2) were wonderful. Very friendly upon arrival and accommodating. There was a full bus that arrived just before us, but the staff completed all check-ins promptly. The breakfast (included with the reservation) was fresh-cooked, served warm and was very satisfying (we had the desayuno typico).
