The property was easy to located, from the staff in the main lobby to the staff at the diamond club checkin all staff were professional and customer service was impeccable. From checkin operative Bertrand to our butlers Jermisha who was being shadowed by Isaiah to our waiter and waitress at the Grazie Donisha and Shaquile. All these individuals had contributed to an unforgettable stay for our 1 year anniversary. Stand out customer service from both Jermisha and Shaquille who went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t want for anything during our short stay at the Royalton Diamond Club Grenada.

Stunning room with a beautiful sea view. The staff are incredibly hard-working and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. Nothing is too much to ask of them. The entertainment is of the highest standard we have experienced and there is a lot of variety throughout the week. Food was of a good standard and choice of three restaurants meant there was ample variety - we particularly enjoyed the Italian restaurant on the terrace called Grazie. My partner is gluten-free and here they really went above and beyond to provide options for her - so much so that we ate there three nights in a row. Restaurants and other activities can be booked through the app which makes everything so much quicker and easier than we have experienced at other all-inclusive resorts in the past. We went on one hotel-led excursion which was very well organised and allowed us to see much more of what is a truly beautiful island.

Excellent location on a lovely beach. Beautifully landscaped gardens. Helpful and friendly staff in general with some exceptional people.
