Staff were fantastic, room was large, excellent shower and air conditioning , great breakfast
Rooms are compact but well designed and comfortable. But it the wonderful staff that made my stay truly a great experience. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Ilias, Anastasia and Daniel who made my stay so special!
Although the hotel is in the middle of the Old City, you could hardly hear the street noise. It is located in the pedestrian zone. We booked the Kamiros suite, which was very spacious. The hotel is many centuries old and it has been tastefully adapted. Is a mix of rustic environment with modern decoration.
There is no elevator to get to the room and some stairs to get to the room. The staff helped with the luggage.
Ilias was a super star assisting with every small detail, from picking us up at the gate, renting a car, restaurant recommendation.
We had a great stay!
The charm, the people like Anastasia and Daniel who were so kind, helpful,awesome!
