Romantic, small, cozy place for a couple. Value for money and location.

Excellent property in the heart of Exarcheia, a lively and bustling neighbourhood with lovely cafes and bookshops in the neighbourhood. The view from the expansive balcony is stunning! The apartment style is minimalistic, with an interesting bathroom design (retro brown ceramics resembling vintage 60s styles), and beautiful floor to ceiling doors covering the whole balcony facing side of the main room/bedroom. Full wall windows are also present in the kitchen where you can enjoy the more local view to the surrounding buildings, chimneys, and typical Athenian terraces.

Location, the view on the terrace, lots of bars nearby and very close to the city centre, room was spacious and instructions on how to get around the accommadation were clear. The accommodation is pretty basic but definitely enough if someone wants to spend most time in the city.

We really liked the location (Exarcheia area is recommended if you like quirky and alternative vibes, cool bars and hidden gems, traditional Greek restaurants in a not-so-touristy district) and the awesome view from the terrace. The accommodation is simple and clean, but we didn't spend much time there. Our host was also very nice, communicative, all instructions were clear.
