The location is probably the best you can find if you're planing to see the most important sights (Agora, acropolis,...).
The apartment is not very big but it has everything you need, everything is very very clean(no dust no greasy marks no bugs or spiders).
The host is friendly, can help if you need additional info and speaks English better than most Greeks I had contact with.
There is a mini market nearby and a few places you can eat breakfast, everything in the 3 minute radius
The church bells across the street ring only on Sunday morning in my experience.
Great location. Well-equipped kitchen and the washing machine was very useful. It was great to have a balcony.
