Impressively clean property. The apartment is spacious enough and has everything necessary for a comfortable living.
The apartment was very clean, had everything that you could possibly need, including a washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine with an assortment of coffee and tea, table utensils, etc.
About 15 min walk from lake side, with lovely streets to walk on. There is also a small children playground behind the building, my youngest played for about half an hour.
Parking spot is on the street but is doable, even for us that we arrived late in the evening.
The host is very nice and kind, gave us all the info we could possibly need.
Perfect for families. Clean and quiet apartment. Furniture and facilities are brand new. Very close to the center and all important touristic points of interest. You can park for free in front of the building. Polite and friendly owner who gave us clear information in English. The price was fair.
The apartment unit was new & fully equipped with even a washer. We enjoyed the mountain tea provided by the host.
The apartment was very beautiful and comfortable! It was a modern house in the center of Ioannina! It was very clean when we arrived! The host was very friendly and happy to help us with the city attractions! He recommended us some wonderful places to eat! I would recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to visit the city of Ioannina!
