Absolutely perfect place to stay in Preveza. It is very close to all the restaurants and shops in old town and the marina. It is roughly a 26 minute walk to Kiani Akti beach. It is in a quiet area. The hosts are brilliant; welcoming, thoughtful, friendly and excellent communicators. They thought of everything that you could possibly want or need for your stay. If you think you might need it, it's already there. There is a washing machine with all the detergent etc. The wifi is fast and reliable. The aircon is powerful. They have Netflix ready to use on the TV. The double bed is very comfortable and you can also watch netflix in bed! We arrived to smiles and a great tour of the place, they showed us how to use the safe, explained how the sunshades on the windows work and were very helpful all round. An magnificent place to stay.

Wonderful property. Very comfortable, big rooms, very nicely furnished. Everything was functional and comfy. 100% clean! Very powerful AC in every space so it never got too warm. Great location, within walking distance from anything a visitor could need. Even though the property has no parking officially, we were able to find a parking spot for free right in front of the property every single time we used the car (which was every day). The owners were incredibly kind and friendly, always quick to respond to anything we could possibly need! They have really predicted and prepared for anything you could possibly need during your stay! Bonus points for how nice it smelled!

This was one of the most amazing spots I stayed in while travelling in Greece. Really big apartment that could easily accommodate a large family, spotless clean, everything was brand new and a lot of appliances (washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, TVs, one AC in every room, etc). I especially loved the attention to details - there was cold water in the fridge, a basket of fresh fruits, a bottle of red wine and some sweets on the table, coffee, even a first aid kit and ear swabs! The location is really close to the main shopping/restaurant area, as well as the marina. There's also a small patio to have a coffee outside in the morning. Fully recommend and I wouldn't stay anywhere else while in Preveza.
