Agerino was glorious, it is right on the seafront. We had a 2 bed apartment overlooking the sea, we could sit out on our balcony and listen to the waves. Sofia provided homemade cake on arrival, which was delicious. She also provides a lovely breakfast that you can eat while watching the sea. She gave us lots of tips of places to go and was really helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and gorgeous with everything that you would need. The location is amazing, especially if you want some peace and quiet. It is right next to a gorgeous beach where the shallow water is warm and you can swim out for ages. There were never very many people on the beach. There are a few good tavernas a 15 min walk away that are right next to the sea. We loved Sea You Soon. There is also a small mini market, which is handy. It is a great base for exploring the other side of the island, which is much quieter even at the end of July we had very quiet beaches. Would highly recommend.
I had a truly wonderful stay in Moutsouna, and this hotel made the experience even more special. The setting is simply idyllic—calm, peaceful, and surrounded by natural beauty. It’s the perfect place to unwind and disconnect.
What really stood out was the exceptional breakfast: everything was homemade, fresh, and absolutely delicious, served with care and attention to detail. Each morning felt like a treat. The owner is incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure guests feel welcome and well taken care of. Her warmth and hospitality made all the difference.
If you're looking for a quiet retreat in an authentic part of Naxos, this is the place to be. I can’t recommend it enough!
Location was perfect for quiet beach and walk to the village for many taverna’s. Sophia the host was lovely and super helpful. The family room was a lovely size and very clean with comfy beds.

We loved our stay at Agerino. It’s a place full of charm. The accommodation is magnificent and was our favorite during our entire stay in Naxos. The sea view is breathtaking. Sofia, the host, is very pleasant, always smiling, warm, and makes you feel right at home. In the morning, you start the day with a sumptuous breakfast by the sea. In the evening, you fall asleep to the sound of the sea. It’s exceptionally peaceful. We truly felt like Agerino was the hidden gem of Naxos.
