The host Andreas was very helpful and nice, sent all instructions for an easy self check-in and was available on WhatsApp for any questions.
The location was perfect, close to all the hustle & bustle of Plaka and right on top of Ermou st.
The room was very quite even though it was right in the center. Great room, very comfortable bed, spacious room and nice shower.
We've enjoyed it a lot and we'll be back for sure.

The owner Andreas was very responsive. We flew in at 6:30 am and messaged him to see if we could drop off the bags before check in. He did arrange the earliest possible drop off time possible which was 11:00 am. Check in 1:00 pm. We were hoping for earlier, but understood the limitations based on the class of room we booked. The room itself exceeded our expectations for cleanliness and especially location. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay where the action of Athens is.
Perfect location, close to Monastiraki station and easily walkable to the sites. Very responsive and provided in depth instructions with pictures as well as info through WhatsApp and Booking.com. A great, affordable stay in a central location
Location in the city center is great: very close to all historical sites, Monastiraki metro station (direct line to airport and Piraeus port) and the lively Psyri neighborhood for dinner/drinks. Easy to check in and out and wonderful contact with Andreas!
