The location, the size of the apartment, and the cleanliness of the complex and our room. We were greeted fairly early in the morning by Maria who was very accomodating, pleasant and eager to please. Her English is good and she made our stay very smooth. She was very quick to reply to our messages and concerns before arriving and she was always available during our stay. The beach and taverns are only a 5 minute walk away. And the communal washing machine was a blessing. A great place.

Amazing location, right next to a beach and close enough to the old town of Chania. Stores, restaurants - everything is close by. Room is cleaned every day, AC and big balcony. The staff are super helpful and lovely people. Thank you again for everything! (:

Our host Maria was the most hospitable and kind person who made us feel at home. As beautiful as Chania is, it wouldn't have been so special if not for her. The apartment is also very near the Nea Chora beach as well as the Old Venetian Port where we had a wonderful time swimming and enjoying local delicacies.

Lovely property and very kind, friendly host. Location very good, away from busy town but very close to beach and close enough to walk to old town, bus station etc in just 15 mins flat walk. Shops, restaurants etc 5 mins walk. Would definitely stay here again.
