The location is fabulous -- right across from the less crowded part of Chalikia Beach -- with a fabulous ocean view. It's also absolutely quiet.

The room was within walking distance of the town yet felt like it was away. The beach was just outside the front door and as it was a cul de sac, it had hardly any traffic. The room itself had everything ones needs, it had a really comfortable bed, a good shower, a lovely balcony. It seemed like a traditional house yet also renovated to a good standard and was perfectly clean.

Everything was perfect. The house was well-equipped it has everything that you need for a wonderful stay. It is just about 20 mt from a beautiful and quiet beach. The house was cleaned every day and for everything that it may needed the owner was available to help you. I can not say more than perfect.

Perfectly located near the sea, not far to the rest of the village. Umbrellas and sunbeds as a service of the accommodation. Near to the ferry and the bus station.

The property is bang opposite our favourite beach in Paleochora. Staff were on hand if ever needed but gave us our space and were super laid back. Lovely friendly cleaner who came round everyday but always waited till we were on the beach or would ask permission if we were having a lazy day. Owners were great and made us feel welcome. Will definitely go back and recommend to others
