The location was excellent, 50 m from the beach. Note that the beach is sandy and rocky, so you have to walk +/- 100 m to find a comfortable sandy path into the water, minor problem but easily solvable. Otherwise the water is great. The host was excellent with many little surprises such as dvds, a basket of breakfast goodies, a small bottle of raki, etc.
It was a 30 second walk from the beach. Prime location
