We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Athens! Everything was just like in the photos – clean, spacious, and fully equipped, with a modern and welcoming design.
The location is excellent: close to public transport, shops, and restaurants, and within walking distance of many of Athens’ most important historical landmarks – including the Acropolis, Plaka, the Roman Agora, and the Temple of Zeus. At the same time, the area is quiet and peaceful – ideal for relaxing after a full day of exploring.
The apartment has two very good air conditioning units, which kept us comfortable even during the hottest days.
We truly felt at home. Martin, our host, was extremely kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Communication was prompt and clear, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy.
I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Athens who’s looking for comfort, a quiet atmosphere, and warm hospitality. We would gladly return!😊
The location is very good, at plateia koukakiou. The apartment is on a busy street, but faces an inner garden, so there is little noise coming from traffic.
Excellent location, 15 minutes walking from the Acropolis, etc, 5-10 from the Sygrou-Fix metro station, and the Koukaki area has all the service you may need, being quiet as well.
The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean and very well equipped.
Last but not least, Martin is a perfect host, always responsive and extremely kind: we'd definitely be his guests again.

Loved the location in the super lively neighbourhood of Koukaki. The apartment was clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The host was very nice and responsive.
