The property was very clean, tidy, comfy, perfect for a couple,with all the necessities.The host was great, helped us with whatever we needed and wanted to know. We mostly went sightseeing,so even though it didn't have a great view from the balcony,being between buildings,it was close to the beach. Close to everything you might need:restaurants,taxi/bus station and shops,car rentals/bus tours agencies. So a nice starting point that I would gladly recommend to anybody wanting a getaway to Chania.
The apartament is very nice, modern and cozy! Everything was clean and you had everything you need.
Die „Anassa Seaside Residence“ liegt in absoluter Strandnähe, die Altstadt von Chania ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist nur ein Jahr alt, das ganze Gebäude wirkt sehr gepflegt. Das Apartment ist sehr stylisch möbliert und ist makellos sauber. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist perfekt ausgestattet, mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und ausreichend Kochgeschirr. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war schon im Vorfeld sehr gut, ich durfte auch etwas früher einchecken. Stella von der Agentur hat sich um jedes „Problemchen“, das ich hatte, sofort gekümmert. So habe ich zum Beispiel die Waschmaschine, die auf dem Balkon in einem Schrank steht, nicht sofort gefunden. Ich war in einem Griechischkurs und wollte in der Freizeit so schnell wie möglich an den Strand, dort gibt es auch jede Menge Tavernen. Für Ausflüge im Westen bietet sich Chania ebenfalls an. Ich habe mich in der "Anassa Seaside Residence" sehr wohl gefühlt.

L'appartamento in se per se è veramente carino, dotato di tutti i servizi necessari, cucina, terrazzino con tavolino fuori e una doccia stupenda. Posizione perfetta quasi fronte mare e con 10 minuti a piedi si arriva alla città vecchia di Chania.
