A truly awesome experience. Our first night after a long drive was super tranquil. Waking up away from the busy town with the birds singing. Very private setting amongst the olive grove. Eirini and Simos are extremely welcoming, and wants you to be comfortable by all means. Did I mention a tiny bottle of tsipouro as a welcome? Highly appreciated, and highly recommended. Thank you!

Everything was perfect especially Irini assisted us with all issues. She was like our tour operator. She recommended we go to the best locations.(beaches, restaurants etc.) If guests listen to Irinis suggestions, I believe that they can leave so satisfied. Thank you for their kind hospitality. Hope we can come with our close friends in the future again. Syvota has a few perfect beaches. Additionally there was a gorgeous bakery in Syvota named Tsoumanis.

An amazing location near the port, the restaurants and center of Sivota, but also surrounded by nature: flowers,trees,green grass. Perfect, quiet, relaxing and cosy. This was our second visit at syvota and it did not disappoint. Mr. Simos and his daughter Irene were excellent hosts and they have given us great tips for the area. The place is exactly what you see in the photos. Nice spacious garden (if you have kids they'll probably love it as well) and comfortable rooms. It is literally 2-3 minute walk to the village (but it is really quiet) and 10-15 minutes to most of the beaches by car. I would definitely recommend it for your visit there.

Very clean, well organised apartment in beautiful location, quiet but close to the centre. Host Irini was very nice and helpful.
