Anny Studios are located in the center of Perissa village, just 98 feet from the beach. The property features an outdoor pool and a poolside bar. Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby. All air-conditioned studios open out to a balcony and include a satellite, 32'' flat-screen TV and a safety deposit box. Each has a kitchenette with cooking hobs and a mini fridge. Breakfast is daily served at the property's dining area. Watersport facilities, restaurants and bars can be found within a short walk. 1. Location. Perissa beach is a great area with lots of eateries, beach bars, and family friendly area. Our first night we found a beach bar that is less than 5 minute walking and open until 4 am.
2. Cost. Worth the money. Enough space for my family of 5, and kids love the upper area with the 3 beds.
3. Staff. Great communications and very friendly. We arrived 12am after checkin time, but they still greeted us and showed us to our room. Understand we were tired and told us to return next morning to complete check in.
We had a room looking out to the pool, the balcony was a great spot which was shaded from morning and afternoon sun and great to have our morning coffee and relax. There is a hot water kettle and fridge, so we were able to have our own things for breakfast, but also the pool bar offered breakfast, snacks and a variety of drinks. The pool area was clean and lounges in the shade up through mid-day which was perfect. The staff was SUPER-friendly and helpful, very kind with all of the guests. The location was just a few minute walk from Perissa beach - PERFECT - where you can have use of sunbeds & umbrella free in exchange for consuming drinks / food at the establishments.
The property is right by the black beach. Amazing staff services. The property manager was very helpful with directions and suggestions for sightseeing on the island. There was also complimentary laundry. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to anyone wishing to visit Perissa.
Nice cosy apartment-style hotel room with swimming-pool and close to the beach.
Staff are amazing! We had a fantastic stay here- a perfect location, pool, bar and very easily accessible if you wish to see more of the island. Very close to the beach and right beside many bars and restaurants. Will definetly be returning!
