I stayed for several days. The bed was very comfortable, was able to sleep well and detected no noises from street or hallway. The WC was clean and had good fixtures. My room was particularly small, however, I had a huge balcony which was ideal for enjoying the spring weather. Mount Lycabettus was within view. Days later I was on Crete and I realized I had accidentally left behind clothing and a tripod. I called Areos from Crete asking if they had the items. Sure enough, they did and they kept them safe for me until I picked them up over a week later. That was wonderful and much appreciated. This location was very convenient for attending the School of Greek Language and Culture-- just a 5 min walk.

A very comfortable boutique hotel. Good value and location.

This hotel is a great option if you are looking for a place to stay in a less busy part of Athens. The rooms are nicely arranged and furnished. The hotel is easily reachable from the metro station of Victoria and is in close proximity to the bohemian neighborhood of Exarcheia.

All staff were friendly and helpful with a smile. The rooms were very clean and maintained daily. Although it was some distance from Plaka we were able to get around very easily using the train or buses. It was also lovely and quiet.

I like the code at the gate, which makes me safe. The bathroom is big and comfortable. And soap smells nice. The bed is comfortable.
