Braunis Horio Villas and its partners web-sites will provide the accommodation in accordance with the booking. An enquiry or temporary reservation only becomes a valid booking when a deposit payment has been received.

On-line transactions:

Transactions made on-line with Kokolis Travel S.A-Braunis Horio Villas or its partners web-sites are secured by Alpha Bank,National Bank of Greece and Go Daddy SSL properties and services are priced in Euros. All payments are charged in euros. The guest is responsible for all worldwide fees imposed by the banking systems.Kokolis Travel SA has the right to change any of the accommodation prices and services within their website at any time before entering into a contract with you. If there is any change, they will notify you before entering into any such agreement.

Damage:

You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Hotel premises or property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the Hotel) during your stay. Braunis Horio Villas  reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by Braunis Horio Villas  as a result of the aforesaid. Regardless, Braunis Horio Villas  further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice.

Cancellation Policy :

In case of cancellation, the prepayment is non refundable. If the cancellation takes place within the 4 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is non refundable.

• Villas Check in-out: Villa Check In is after 15:00 and Check Out by 10:00

• Hotel Check in-out: Hotel Check in-Check out varies due to different policies of every hotel
