The decoration is very stylish, and the facilities are well-equipped. What's rare is that there is a street nearby where an open-air market takes place every week, offering a wide variety of fresh and affordable vegetables, fruits, and more. The transportation is also very convenient, as it is close to the subway station. It's very easy to take the subway to the tourist attractions. The landlord is very enthusiastic. Communication is smooth, and they respond to inquiries and requests for help promptly.
For us, this was a great place because we had 2 bicycles with us, so we were looking for something without stairs. It's about 2km from the old city, so the location is nice. However, around the house, you may encounter some homeless people, but they don't bother everyone, so it's safe.
