Ayeras2 is one of 2 ground floor apartments in a very new building. The floor above was not finished (as of July 2024), but the one above that was occupied. The location is quiet, away from the road, but only 3 minutes walk to a supermarket, and a handy coffee house/cafe on the main road. Also within another 5 minutes or so walk there is a choice of 5 tavernas on that road, so no need to take the car. In the village itself there are more tavernas. The apartment was well furnished with all the basics, but without "frills". The kitchen was well stocked. The garden area at the back was a nice place to sit out in after dark or for breakfast, if not too hot. The very large private parking area was our main reason for choosing this accommodation. This is unusual for most apartments in villages on Crete.

Appartamento ampio, ben arredato e completo di tutto, ferro e asse da stiro, phon professionale, macchinetta nespresso, bollitore e lavatrice. Bagno incredibilmente spazioso e moderno con grande doccia ben funzionante. Vicinissima a Matala ma sufficientemente distante dalla sua confusione. Diversi market e taverne raggiungibili con una passeggiata.
Zeer mooi ingericht, nieuw appartement! Fijne ligging, op wandelafstand van verschillende restaurants in Pitsidia. 5 minuten rijden van Matala.
