The property is recently renovated at a very high standard, so everything is new inside. It has a nice kitchen and a very very confortable bed. O kirios Vasilis, (mister Vasilis) and his wife live next to the property and they handed me the keys of the property personally!!! They are verey easy to talk to people, and if you have time, they are happy to stay and chat with you!!! So they offered me a very warm welcoming!!!
The property is very close to the Gis Teathe, so it is excelent for the events that ar taking place there, as it was for me. I went there for a concert of Natasa Theodoridou, that ended up at 12 PM, so it was very convinient to stay very close.
Also it is at 30 meters away from a bus station. Bus 15 or 16 can take you in 15 min straight to the Aristotelus Market.
So I ll give a 10 with all my heart for avery thing about this property.

Το ανθρώπινο πρόσωπο δεν αφήνει κανέναν, νομίζω εγώ, ασυγκίνητο.
Σαν ορμητήριο κάνεις όλες τις διαδρομές άνετα.

Πολύ περιποιημένο και καθαρό, πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί οι οικοδεσπότες. Σε ήσυχη περιοχή και δρόμο, μεγάλη ευκολία στο parking και κοντά στο κέντρο. Οι οικοδεσπότες μας εξυπηρέτησαν και μπήκαμε στο δωάτιο αρκετά νωρίτερα.
Είχε ότι χρειάστηκα κατά τη διαμονή μου ,από θέμα εξοπλισμού πάρα το μικρό του μέγεθος και το στρώμα ήταν πολύ αναπαυτικό.
. Εαν χρειαστει θα ξαναπάω ...
Πολύ ωραίο δωμάτιο, παροχές, ο,τι πρέπει για διαμονή.
Θα το εχω υποψιν για το μέλλον γιατί απλά πέρασα πολυ ωραια.
Η κυρία με την οποία συνεννοηθηκα συνεργασιμη, ευγενέστατη, μας είχε καφέ σε ενα ωραιο ποτηρι που σχημάτιζε καρδια.
Μακαρι να εμενα παραπάνω γιατί αγαπω τη Θεσσαλονίκη.
