Great location in a quite yet center and port of Syvota, 9 min walking to the closest beach. The apartments were super clean, even if not the newest furniture, wverything was very clean and well maintained. Apartments are equipped with everything you need, kitchen, iron, even a washing machine in the building. There is AC in every room

The apartment is very cozy and well situated - very close to the center, but in a very quiet and accessible place. There is also reserved parking on site. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The appartment is cosy, clean and with all the appliances needed for a longer stay. We stayed only for 3 nights and didn't use much of it, but a big fridge and good air conditiining were more then enough, a nice terrace, a clean bathroom and comfortable beds were great. The location is superb, downtown Sivota, at the start of the walking area. Minutes from everything you need. Dedicated car spot was much appreciated, because finding parking in Sivota in the eveming is a big challenge. The parking space was large enough for a mid sized SUV. The host John is on another level, he was very polite and helpful, he helped me with a few issues and requests I had and was super responsive. He even let one of my friends use the property's parking space when they were visiting. We had a cleaning lady arranged for the day 3, but we had to leave early, so we didn't use it.

Great location, very clean and comfort apartments. It has private parking. Very nice and helpful staff and owner. All recomendations for this place!

The property was very well located, just to the center of the village with spots available to park outside the house (I am not sure in peak season though). Very diligent and helpful host! I did a big mistake with my dates and John was super helpful with that!
