The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Giovanni was very nice and prompt with everything we needed. The neighbourhood is quiet, but everything you need is within a 7-10 min walk. Small tip, buy coffee and beer/water at the desk, the price is better than at the supermarket.
It was an absolute blast to have our own access to the beach. The room was clean and just what we needed. The owner is a very kind, helpful and friendly person. I WOULD 100% come back.
Peaceful area very close to the sea side, but not in the busiest waterfron area.
I enjoyed the mountain view room.
The bed was comfortable and the small fridge and microwave oven ended up being quite useful.

The house is located in a very quiet part of Ypsos yet close to the main street with bars, restaurants and the beach. Bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean. Useful Nespresso cofee machine. The receptionist is kind and always ready to help.
