Nick, the owner, is a very friendly guy and very reachable.
Everything you need is in the house but if there's something else, he will get it right away (e.g. my son's birthday and I couldn't find a lighter for his cake candles, beach towels,...).
Also he's there if you need advice.
Easy to get your own breakfast from the nearby bakery (around the corner) and shops (other end of the street). Other meals we just had in local restaurants or take away.
Apartment exceeded our expectations. It was clean, very nicely equiped, you could find everything you wanted and needed in the kitchen. It was also very spacious and the owner was really kind. Location was also great, not far from the Kos old town
