The following items were excellent: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, and the large balcony with view of the beachfront, a gated parking lot, shower, kitchen/laundry appliances, air conditioners. The elevator was a big help when moving luggage or when worn out from touring the Acropolis, e.g.! Despite the lively goings-on in the neighborhood, the apartment was quiet. The 10-minute walk to Molouni's bakery and to the weekly farmers' market are highly recommended. Alex was very helpful via phone and text, but we did not get a chance to meet.
The location is really good. It is near the beach and restaurants. You can choose to go for grill places, seafood restaurants and some cafes serving a variety of ice cream and sweets. It is also not far from the center of the city if you need to shop for things. The apartment has a private parking with a gate which is a plus for us. We really love the balcony view that we enjoy our meals there.

The sea view was fantastic, the balcony was a very useful feature. Also the enclosed parking was a bonus. Very close to the sea.
The view from the balcony is wonderful! The place is really a few steps from the beach, it has modern utilities, AC both, in the bedroom and living room and it looks exactly as described in the ad. Included is a private parking place.
Our host was very attentive, friendly, very easy to keep in contact with, communication worked smooth, great attitude, gave us very good tips about the surroundings.
Altogether, we had a great stay! Many thanks to our host!
