I liked the internal architecture, the soundproofing and the fact that you could close off the entrance with a garage door.
The aesthetics, facilities, and the location. The owner is accessible and polite.
Room is pristine and has a very modern feel. Both cosy and stylish, with excellent facilities in all areas. It's outside of the city centre which was perfect for me, with a shop opposite and local underground station less than a ten minutes walk away. Shutters on the doors and window seemed excessive but I don't know the area and they helped muffle any sound!
I like all in this apartment. Washing machine include dryer make easier for my trip.
The apartment is located in a nice area, providing a cozy and polished environment. Having a parking spot is really handy if you're coming by car. Also, the electronic lock is a thoughtful touch, ensuring you don't have to fret about misplacing your keys.
