Loved our stay at Caldera Cliff Illusion! Sophia at the front desk was amazing- she made our stay even better! Loved our room & the view from this hotel is spectacular. The breakfast served was such a nice treat. All the employees we came across were really nice & helpful. It felt like we were the only ones there. Sophia was so friendly and very helpful with suggestions and all of the above. She went above and beyond her duties which left us wanting to come back in the hotter season. Loooved where we stayed as it was really clean & pretty modern despite being in a 'cave.' Really cute decor & nice sized fridge. Sophia & staff were tremendous! Thank you so much again!
Beautiful property, great location not too far from the main area of Fira. Sofia is so nice and accommodating, she made our stay extra great.
I liked the location of the property. It is well located, right in the center of Santorini, with a nearby bus stop. It was our best decision, I would say. When we arrived, there was a small decoration in the room. It was our honeymoon, and it made the experience extra special. The staff was really good. Sofia was very helpful, and Onil was a great help.
This place is amazing. It takes a bit to get to the location as taxi will drop you to the end of the road, and it's a 2 minutes walk to the hotel. Beautiful views, nice jacuzzi, amazing breakfast, and the folks working here were great. Sophia and Iqbal took really good care of us as we were traveling with an infant. I would definitely consider this place if we come back to Santorini.
It is a nice room in a quiet area. The views of the ocean are nice! The breakfast has lots of variety and is plated nicely. The staff here are very friendly and responsive to any requests and well.
