With a car, Pyrgos is just a wonderful place to stay. The house was charming and staying there was, in itself, a fun experience.

The location, if you’re just looking to chill, could not be better. If you’re headed to Pyrgos for the Good Friday lights (which I can’t recommend more strongly), this is probably the best place you can stay. Super close to Penelope’s (whose food and staff are amazing). The property is also well-equipped if you’re looking to stay in: kitchen essentials, nice smart TV, jacuzzi, etc. There are a few quirks like having to push a button on a breaker prior to a shower (for extended hot water), but those kinds of things are just the norm in a small village like Pyrgos. Also, the staff that runs the property are super responsive and helpful. The top floor balcony is the perfect place to read a book or watch the sunset.

The facility was great. It was very clean and comfortable. The management scheduled our transportation services, and the driver provided us valuable history of the island as we traveled to several destinations.
