The apartment was well maintained and in a great location near the Acropolis. Sergio was very helpful and welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. We liked the balcony that had a side view of the Acropolis and just the overall space of the apartment. The neighborhood was quiet and had a great bakery that we went to daily. We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great stay in Athens.
The size of the apartment! It was so spacious!
The kitchen was fully equipped and we used everything: coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher... everything worked fine. We also had enough pots and pans to really cook.
With three people, we particularly appreciated having the second bathroom. We used the washer also, no problem.
The balcony was lovely: we were always there.
There was activity in the evenings but if we closed the windows and started the AC, we did not hear anything. If we stopped the AC in the middle of the night and opened the windows, it was very quiet.
The grocery store (and Django Gelato) were only a couple of minutes away. The Acropolis and the sites are so close by that we could come home at lunch to sit out the hottest hours of the day.
Oh, also, there is an elevator which is great when you arrive with luggage.
Fantastic location with the view of the Parthenon. Large and comfortable apartment. We really appreciated having two bathrooms.. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. Sergio was right there to meet us when we arrived and was consistently helpful. Highly recommend!

When I first read the reviews before booking, I was surprised that they were all positive and now I understand why! The location couldn't be more perfect, near all the main tourist attractions. The apartment was clean and very comfortable, fully equipped with all the facilities you need. Sergio was very friendly and available to help us about anything.
