It is just 5 minutes away from the main square on foot.It is a spacious apartment of which decoration reflects a refined taste. The apartment has perfect internet access and a large screen smart tv on which you can watch netflix and youtube. The queen bed is really large and comfortable. There is also espresso machine along with capsules. The cleanliness of the apartment is 10/10. Free parking is also available in the backyard.The host is friendly and welcoming and making sure we have all the info about the apartment and the city.
Large apartment studio. Very clean We had access to the main room with a bed, couch and table, TV, kitchenette and eating-bar with two bar stools. There were two further rooms but they were locked. Huge balcony.Quiet day and night.

Kitchen was well equipped. Good air-conditioning.
Owner responded quickly to requests.Parking is possible without payment on streets around ( when we asked, no private parking was suggested)..For about 60 Euro/night a little pricey, but still definitely recommended.
I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Xanthi! The cleanliness and spaciousness of the place were truly impressive. What stood out even more was the spectacular communication with the host. They recommended numerous places to explore in Xanthi and were always just a call away, showing genuine care about ensuring we enjoyed both the space and the city. A fantastic experience overall!
Everything was perfect, the apartment is brand new and very spacious.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with everything you may need. Great location, 5 minutes walk from the center. We didn’t have problems finding parking spot on the street. Host was very polite and ready to help. Definitely recommend!
