Execellent location, right in the city centre. Bus stop to Knossos is about a 5min walk.
The room was nice, a bit small. Amenities provided were very nice
Brilliant compact modern & clean apartment. Bottle of wine, filter coffee & snacks were most appreciated.
The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from Heraklion Centre. The room was modern, spacious and equipped with all necessities, as well as complementary wine, breakfast bits and slippers to use in the room. Staff was also nice and always spoke to me when I walked by.
The apartment was very comfortable and communication was great. Check in instructions were easy to follow, the location is excellent and bottle of wine and options for breakfast were very nice touches.
Alexandros was a really good host who was super responsive. The apartment was of a good size for 2 and it has everything we needed — washing machine, drying rack etc. The hot water and heating were great and this was SUPER IMPORTANT for a winter vacation. Last but not least, it was really telling that the host really wanted us to enjoy our stay as they gave us a welcome BOTTLE of wine!!! Yes, a whole bottle of red wine! It was such a nice and sweet gesture!
