Wooden floor, cool enough to avoid climate control, quiet although at the main street, two doors can be closed from the bedroom to the staricase, wonderful darkening curtains. Ideal to have the bus stop just in front which brings with 550 directly to the center and the sea, wonderful garden covering the entrance, kitchen and bathroom functioning/equipped.
