Location for sure and the size of the apartment
You can basically walk to the central spots and Kolonaki area is lively, nice and decent - with many things to do with easy access.
While staying, I had a problem with the automatic lock, and the Upstream team was very responsive and helpful in resolving the issue smoothly. It was my second time staying in the apartment, and it will be one of my first choices in the future. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walking from the nearest metro station and the city centre.
