The location is perfect, you are a few steps to a beautiful beach ( logaras) and the bus stop.
We ended up renting a car and parking was not an issue. The hotel made the arrangements for us and someone came at the agreed upon time to drop off the selected vehicle, a truly seamless process.
Staff was amazing, so so helpful with providing information about the island. Emilia checked us in early, was so kind and informative, amazing customer service!!
The property is exactly as depicted in the pics. We loved the area, as we visited Parikia and Naoussa but loved the quietness and chill vibes of this area, as piso lavadia is a few blocks to the left wth a beautiful view, a few shops and really yummy restaurants. There is a mini mart (2 min walk) and a grocery store about a 13 min walk away.
The host was easy to reach and quick to respond. The location was perfect for site seeing, beaches and wine tasting.

The location was perfect. We did not rent a car and the Logaras bus stop was a 1-2 min walk so it was very convenient. It was also only a 7-minute walk to a good bakery and a supermarket. Very close to the beach and the Piso Livadi port.
Perfect location; near beach and restaurants and shops. Bus stop at end of street most convenient to get around the island. Very quiet and spacious.
