The stay at the Cocomelo Apartments was perfect and far exceeded my expectations! The best parts of the stay were a clean apartment, and also the hostess, Vania and her father. Hostess: Vania is a very caring person! She called me even before I arrived to help me and clarify a point about check in. Staff is a good team and Vania dad also helps! He is a gentleman! Kitchen: Clean and fully equipped. It has almost everything new and functional! Bathroom: Clean and hot water for the shower. Enough toilet paper. Even has other useful equipment! Bedroom: Large, two pillows, soft and medium. Clean sheets. Another new set was given after a few days. TV Table and chairs in verandah! A small garden. The outside is beautiful. It was comfortable! Vania is excellent! Her English is great! Vania even arranged a taxi to go back to the airport after the stay! Location: Near port, near airport, near the City center. Thank you Vania and your parents for taking good care of me.

The room was very clean and cozy and the host was great and very friendly. We would stay there again.

Good location. The property was right in the middle of Heraklion and provided easy access to anywhere in Crete. The property itself had all the amenities needed for a good night's stay, including a small kitchen and refrigerator. Owners were easily reachable as needed.

The location was good. It was quiet, close to public transport and also close to the Heraklion port. The place was comfortable and clean. Check-in and check-out was seamless.
