A new place, still not quite finished, but about 95% there. The owner is trying very hard. You get an excellent list of of various nearby (and not quite so nearby) locations such as shops, beaches, restaurants and other sites. The place was clean, well equipped, nice bed, plenty of towels and you get a nice welcome package of drinks and fruit.
We really enjoyed our stay at Cocoscape Suite. The view of the sea from the balcony, living room, and bedroom was truly breathtaking. It was a delightful way to start our day, having breakfast with fresh bread from Kalamaki center (only a 5-minute walk away), and then sitting on the balcony to soak in the view and the peaceful atmosphere of the region. The place was also immaculately clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. The staff who guided us was so friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with Greek red wine, which was a lovely touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to couples seeking a peaceful and romantic stay in the southern part of the beautiful island of Crete.
Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse ist der Hammer. Man hört nur das Meer, alle anderen Geräusche werden übertönt.
Die Lage ist perfekt, alles nah , aber ruhig, Kalamaki ist nicht groß.
Das Appartment ist neu, die Betten gut, ausreichend Schrankfläche. Besonders gefallen hat uns, daß es 2 gleichwertige Schlafzimmer gibt ( nicht wie sonst oft ein Schlafzimmer und eine Kinderkammer). Schönes Bad.

Apartament super, w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania!!!! Nowoczesny, wygodny, bardzo dobrze wyposażony i czysty. Warto podkreślić profesjonalną obsługę Pana Giannis z CRETAN HOSPITALITY SERVICES, który zajmuje się opieką nad apartamentem. Fantastyczna lokalizacja przy samej plaży z leżakami i parasolami oraz kilkoma sympatycznymi barami, restauracjami oraz dobrze wyposażonym sklepiku plażowym - JUSTIN BEACH SHOP. Miejscowość mała i kameralna, rewelacyjna na miły i udany odpoczynek. Szczególnie polecamy rodzinną restaurację - Taverna Diogenis Place - w samym sercu Neo Kalamaki. Wisienką na torcie był cudowny widok na morze i zachodzące słońce z naszego pięknego tarasu. Znaleźliśmy tu wszystko czego można oczekiwać od udanego urlopu. Gorąco polecamy.
